I submitted a loan to Kiavi a few months ago and it did not work out since the property did not appraise and the appraiser did not consider any revision request.

We have done breakfast, dinner, small workouts and break out sessions.

I agree, due diligence can make or break a deal, especially on NPNs where the workout options can vary so much.Curious  when you started out, did you focus more on performing notes first to build systems, or did you jump straight into NPNs?

In a overheated market holding out, may work out.

Is there a reliable app or software that you can just enter the subject address and it takes all the guess work out and produces accurate comps? 

I don't have enough details to know whether it's a good move for you, but I think my numbers work out better when I'm the lead.
