I've heard that one way to generate leads is to view tax records for properties to see if someone might be behind or delinquent.  

Has anyone enrolled with them, are they worth it?

Some investors prefer to stay unlicensed so they can move more freely and just build strong agent relationships instead.If you’re already active or planning to go all in on flips and buy/sell regularly, it could be worth it.

Worth would be good, but probably the primarily location in/around Fairmont is super expensive, so numbers probably don't work well. 

Even without being formally recorded, certain HOA claims (such as unpaid assessments) survive foreclosure and automatically attach to the property.

I personally value experience over money and I'm willing to work for free but is it worth it?

Over the last year I have spent many hours on the phone with them and provided proof of payment with requests to audit and correct records to all three companies (originator, temp servicer, final servicer)  but to no effect.I think it is time to find some legal help.
