We have an aging population. 1 in 3 Americans are above the age of 50.

There has been some difficulties with finishing the first two units of the duplex, and I believe my project was handed off to another contractor as I am being instructed to contact the new contractor for specific task when originally I was working with the main contractor that walked the property with me.

Even my garden in my backyard is partially affected, since I mixed in a few bags of fertilizer and soil from Home Depot. 

I have been saving up, and with a good job, I was able to put over 20% down on a property valued at over $ 200,000 at the age of 22.

In this day and age, let me say I get it, there may be porch pirates, theft in general, etc.

I can't imagine 10x being normal no matter the area or building age/type.  

Is Voyager a specific version that better suits our needs? 

Nice to see someone research this much at such a young age. 

But they are ever so rare today, not just a needle in a haystack but more so finding a specific color of needle, with a specific bend to it, in a stack of needles in a hay barn....... 

And be an asset to hopefully pass down our son or help him when he’s college age or after he’s done  I would start by calculating the expected return on the old property using the known variables and estimates for the unknown variables, such as expected appreciation, capex/operating costs on the property, tax advantages, etc.
