I just started researching Baselane, along with Stessa and Azibo These apps look very promising and interesting.

Also has a pretty good contact management feature, that integrates well with outlook and SALESQL.

I know agents and brokers don't like passing on clients or potential deals but you could partner and gain some valuable experience.
