Hey all,Anyone have experience with tenants keeping birds (parakeets and conures) that are not always caged?

Ive always known about bird dogging and always seemed interesting but never really learned anything about it but now that I'm older I'm really interested and ready to participate in this business.

In the beginning, we essentially “bird dogged” deals, and once we were confident with the numbers and had the financial backing and network to handle potential risks, we transitioned fully into wholesaling.We currently average 8 closed deals a months.
