I've found that ozone machine works best for pesky smells.

It includes budget cuts to HUD, shift to the states of S8, and limits in voucher time for able bodied adults. 

Its extremely dangerous for people to be in a house while an ozone generator is running. 

But go and try it before you know what you are doing and you will break every bone in your body and possibly die.

We bought an Ozone Machine and haven't found an odor that lasts.
