It took us a couple of weeks but we slowly increased their rankings unit they were on page 1 (based on search parameters of course) and they got a 10 day booking soon thereafter.We use Price Labs to check out the date of the last booking.

In June this year we had a lab puppy that they let get on the beds, the couches, there was hair on the bedroom bedside tables, hair on the tables and lamp tables in the living room.

So, if our effective tariff rate on 4/1/25 was 2.4% and today is 18.3% per Yale Budget Lab and other reputable non-governmental sources, then we may see a severe 45% drop in trade/capital flows, assuming foreign countries respond with reciprocal tariffs and boycotts like we are seeing already from Canada and Europe.

I own a pool at my house and once a pool water gets out of wack it can take multiple days to get it clear again.The 2x per week price seems pretty reasonable for that peace of mind.I bought a gizmo that will constantly monitor pool chemistry and send me alerts if things get out of whack.

I was speaking to my insurance agent and she said a client's lab puppy nipped a toddler and made a scratch that turned into an $18k payout from the insurance and that her client could not get insurance again.
