A combo washer/dryer probably isn't going to do the trick, not for that unit size because of the laundry volume.

You should be able to install them pretty easily as long as you have proper access to a water/gas line/electric meter that can take the extra power for the dryer/washer.Should be paying about $1-$1.5k retail for each addition, 94 units, I'd be looking at $600-$750 each.

I see owners charging what I think are pretty fair rents to cover their costs...utilities/washer/dryer/furniture/internet and toys...and such...add in vacancy and convenience and to me owner is not getting rich...but the potential tenants on the other hand feel like they're being gouged....of course they are getting paid 2x probably what permanent staff is making, but then don't want to give that up to pay for increased housing costs.   

However you can also look into ventless combo washer and dryers. that's what I'm looking into now.

You look at the guts of anything off the shelf that you're buying on dishwashers, washing machines, dryers etc and they're all the same pumps, belts, drums, valves, etc.
