I am up in Pinellas and I just closed on a few rental homes up in Crystal River that are doing great.Crystal River has a strong demand for STR's and you can find a good deal on or around the river or down by the parks or waterfront.

You should have crystal clarity on how to spend your money and it sounds like you have the ability o make a significant investment.
