You can use this website for crime statistics:https://www.phillypolice.com/district/district-gis/You can also use city-data.com for more info on demographics, income, etcThat being said breaking it down by Zip if not always the best tool because you can have 2 very drastic neighborhoods within same zip like:Graduate Hospital and Grays FerryFox Chase and LawndaleWest Mount Airy and Part of E Mount Airyand so on...If you need to talk about the market or strategies please dont hesitate to reach out.

Some apartment complexes will do the co-living setup too in order to provide more affordable housing (I've only seen at apartments close to universities where most of the people are within the same age demographic - with the exception of onesies & twosies.You may need to be mindful of the neighborhood, here & there.Structuring the lease may be charging a flat rate for most utilities.May want to follow the occupancy limits still for your local market.Hope this helps, I'd still try to connect with more people in St.

Any major metro (especially Dallas) will have a lot of demand. 95% of my bookings have not been medical professionals so as long as you're in a good location, know your target demographic, marketing on each channel (Airbnb, VRBO, FF, FB) you'll get booked.
