Hi @Kay Sam,The market does tend to move a bit slower during the holidays, mostly because people get distracted with travel and family plans.

He claims he doesn’t allow access until the very end so you don’t get distracted and bombard him with questions while he’s teaching, but the truth is he doesn’t want you to see you bought yourself $10k worth of recycled guru garbage until its too late.

For the reasons above - the pressure to perform can be emotionally distracting.

The other thing I found is that my own investing really took the back seat the first 2-3 years, because I was too distracted.

Don't get distracted by how you set up your operation.

They do NOT have your best interests to heart.Even a 3-flat will be a major distraction at this stage..

Down the road sure you can explore but don't get distracted by a million different things. 

Starting a Property Management company will serve to distract you from your end-goal.
