Remove trash, debris, dead branches, and any plants that are beyond saving.

Both projects are on County Road 403, a few miles from the Samsung plant.

Sometimes it's just about planting the seed and letting them warm up to it over time.

Even if on your property you need a permit for that, or the city fines you and makes you plant several new trees. 10 years of property management experience you learn all the ins and outs. :)

I love the diversification aspect, as we have invested in large commercial multi-family, trailer parks, hotels and even a steel manufacturing plant.

Is there a garden/plants anywhere near the house? 

I have considered building a secluded cabin in the woods and air-bnb'ing it, planting chestnuts on the tillable as a future cash crop, placing a high end park model in the woods and str'ing it, etc. 

He is wanting to plant some teak.

I don't think you're allowed to hunt anything in a national park - hell, you can't even take out a rock or a plant so I doubt you can take animals :)

But you're smart to want to plant roots locally while values are still climbing.
