The ones in my price range either go so fast you don't have time to react (cash deals, hard money investors )or they don't take FHA financing so I'm forced to either try to convince them or sit on the sidelines while it gets sold elsewhere.

George Red Jackson County Assessment Notice (Value Dropped, good news?)

It looks like it is due to the lawsuits and Jackson County is being forced to reset the assessed values to be no more than 15% of the value set in 2022 without inspection (could be misinterpreting this).
