There's always going to be that human quality control check, and some manual work with REI accounting because of all the nuances that AI just can't get right (and if wrong, it's pretty detrimental).

This is why clients need to stay in touch with us and monitor the tides in these human affairs.

My understanding of human nature tells me that most of these schools are there primarily for the monetary profitability (which is not to say they can't be good schools, but I bet that's not the primary reason they exist).

And then I thought about Habitat for Humanity and organizations like Housing Resources or the National Day of Giving that have organized builds and remodeling headed by experts supervising volunteers.

I wanted to open up a conversation around something that doesn't get talked about enough here: helping homeowners in pre-foreclosure—not just as investors, but as humans first.Lately, I've been seeing more situations where sellers are upside-down on their mortgage, months behind on payments, or completely overwhelmed by paperwork and legal notices.

There aren't really any loans that will give you, a human or and entity (which is owned by a human) soley based on property-specific information. 

I think as you grow you will learn a lot more about the human condition and why this isnt the case because when youre talking about money and success people have a habit of becoming very selfish.
