It seems like they have a newer and better "jerk the host around" policy every couple of days.You get what you tolerate.VRBO is no better, and will almost certainly copy this in the coming months.VRBO and Airbnb take turns coming up with jerk the host around policies, and then the other one copies it.Remember, VRBO are the ones that invented charging fines to hosts beyond even the max refund amount, which is pretty much the most brutality punitive policy in all of business and something no other business would accept.Imagine if waiters had to pay a $2000 fine for spilling a drink on a diner.

Hi all, My eviction attorney told me something interesting: that if I send a tenant a lease renewal with a rent increase, the renewal must also include a notice to vacate — otherwise it’s not legally valid and is basically worthless.The reason I’m confused is because the official lease software I use (which is supposed to generate legally compliant leases) does not include any notice to vacate when preparing a rent increase renewal.

If this is Net after operating expenses, it is likely good that you got a cost segregation study as it will likely wipe out your income for a few years.If the $125,000 is gross and does not include your operating expenses, I prolly would not have gotten the cost segregation study as the $125,000 will be wiped out by operating expenses and normal depreciation.Best of luck!
