Hey there,Im posting this to see if there's any strategies to increase the monthly rent.I have a townhouse style condo that we currently occupy, and this is the first time we want to rent it out.  

Seeing that you had 1st hand experience that escrow fees can and often does increase, how can you be surprised that your escrow holding increased on your 2nd purchase?

While this does not completely ban Out of State investors to Georgia, the bill does increase scrutiny for those owners. 

We have the ability to cash flow but the biggest advantage we have is yearly rent increases and appreciation. 

We did have an agreement via text, but I decided to go ahead with the month-to-month lease for the two months and start the increase payment the second month so it is more sound. 

So I have an idea to help increase rent to cash flow a bit more.

I was thinking that since he's refusing to pay the full increased rent amount I can start the eviction process with an attorney.
