You should be able to install them pretty easily as long as you have proper access to a water/gas line/electric meter that can take the extra power for the dryer/washer.Should be paying about $1-$1.5k retail for each addition, 94 units, I'd be looking at $600-$750 each.

We've never used the DSCR but from what I understand, as long as the amount coming in on a monthly basis is more than enough to cover the monthly payments, that's what the MLO's are looking for.
