Since you’re keeping it long-term, I’d stay focused on tubs that can take abuse, clean easy, and don’t break the bank when one eventually needs replacing.Here’s my take:If you’ve got good bones under the bathroom floors, enameled steel or acrylic tubs are your sweet spot.

You just get more amplified problems.Some syndicators build machines and have to feed very, very large staffs and do deals that really aren't deals to begin with and hope for the best.Many multifamily syndicators PORK up debt because they want to have to raise as little as possible and try to massage bloated returns to LP to entice motivated investors to place money.

But with his persistence at continuing to “double down” on obviously incorrect statements, attempting to “massage” explanations at to what the statements were really intended to mean, and especially his PERSONAL attacks on people who disagreed with his position or called out his many contradictions, it’s become obvious that he has an out of control ego issue.

I would appreciate it if you could confirm whether my interpretation of the pricing strategy is accurate: Would it not be reasonable for exclusive accommodations, which include open areas for activities such as a massage room or a relaxing workstation, to be priced at a higher nightly rate compared to accommodations that prioritize a larger number of beds, potentially reducing space for such amenities?
