At the same time, there's no better ROI than hitting on an FHA property where you put down 3.5% that appreciates significantly.Also, despite what you may read on these forums or see elsewhere there is absolutely no reason to create an LLC to mange the property, collect rent or do any other function related to the property you acquire in your name using an FHA loan.

The trades didn't pay as well back then so after high school I got an associate of liberal arts ( auto repair ase certification) then continued learn in ng took hydraulic system repair and building pumps included and until an injury in2003 was a journey iron working doing structural installing commercial doors where they originally were not designed to be .always running my own side home repair business and taking any chance to learn anything new or a better way to do things because I feel if you aren't moving forward you are stagnating .I wanted to just say thank you for accepting me and I am grateful for any and all recommendations,tips or critiques as I strive to become the best version of myself I can .

Let me ask you a question - How are you planning to mange all of your rental property finances (vendor payments, taxes, insurance, mortgage, reconciling rent payments, understand how much money you're actually making, have clean financials for tax time, etc.)?

@Lawrence Ng There certainly are, but rental losses affect everyone differently depending on income level, level of participation in the activity, other investments, etc.
