I left a negative review on Google to share my experience — and instead of a professional response, MoFin publicly replied with blame. 

get money and experience first then open your company. go work for a company and get paid to learn their systems and how they do things. take what you like and implement it into your business. 

Unless anyone else had a different experience? 

I am truly hoping for a better experience going forward.

Also, listings that sound too polished can feel stiff—try reworking it like you're talking to a friend, more relaxed and welcoming.
