It's just a breakout of taxes—specifically the Hotel Occupancy Tax (HOT).

Hey guys, our Cincinnati forum area has been a little quest lately so I thought I'd spice it up and propose a new hot little area some ppl here might be interested in.

We keep our hot tub in Pigeon Forge at the same temp all year round. 

Does each side need their own closing attorney?

Materials and labor are still up, and margins feel tighter—but demand for updated, turnkey homes seems strong in a lot of markets.Some spots like Raleigh, Phoenix, and Atlanta are still hot for flips, but I’m wondering:What markets are you active in right now?

Follow up question - when you say 3 bedroom cabins are very soft - do you mean on the for sale side or on the rentals side?
