So by listing all of those things, the site makes it look like you have all of them, even though some have the X by them meaning that you don't have them.I wouldn't mention the police station unless someone asks.And yes, I do think you should put one photo of the patio view, especially since it looks pretty clean even though it's not scenic, and there are no neighbors staring at the guests so it's fairly private, which is a good thing.
