It essentially gave us a blank slate to work with as it eliminated all foreign marketing companies from texting because you need an American LLC to become compliant.

It was a blank slate when I bought it, but only needed to be painted and a closet door replaced in terms of "renovation".

So by listing all of those things, the site makes it look like you have all of them, even though some have the X by them meaning that you don't have them.I wouldn't mention the police station unless someone asks.And yes, I do think you should put one photo of the patio view, especially since it looks pretty clean even though it's not scenic, and there are no neighbors staring at the guests so it's fairly private, which is a good thing.
