Lots of furniture, at it looked like they left all the furniture and household goods including food. 

They are there to have fun and will eat out (or bring food home).

I have already read Avery's book and I've been stuck in analysis paralysis for a few months now. 

The food on the table had disintegrated into nothing and so had most of the refrigerator contents, which looked like compost except for a few things that never rotted just got dehydrated.

I kinda got it but I think I am stuck in analysis paralysis trying to be perfect.

We own a 2.27 acre. open lot currently own the small Ice cream shop (permanent parked food truck) We are looking for starting points on building a multi use strip mall style on bottom and apartments on the second floor with rear separate entry.
