From the suburbs of Philadelphia. I have recently purchased my first buy and hold duplex in January of this year without doing much research into real estate investing. After doing some research on BP and attending a few local real estate group meetups I have become interested in getting into wholesaling and eventually rehabbing.
I've had some success with Real Estate in the past without knowing too much other than some trade stuff. I enjoy doing some home repairs and the home building process. I'm hoping to build up some capital and get deeper into the Real Estate game. It's all about meeting the right people and putting all the pieces together.
