Hey everyone!
I'm 32 and based in southern Indiana. I spent the last 9 years growing a high 7-figure D2C brand after quitting my sales job at 23. I’m obsessed with building systems operated by great teams, and today, my D2C business runs smoothly without needing my daily involvement.

Background:
Real estate investing has been a passion of mine, and I've been diving deeper into strategies over the past two months. While I'm new to active REI, I understand the principles and strategies well. I can dedicate at least an hour a day to learning (usually closer to 3hrs a day, plus full days on Fridays), and I'm also bringing a small team with me into this new venture.
Our challenge? We learn fastest by doing, but right now, we don't know where to start. Hands-on, real-world experience is what we are after.

I'm happy to jump in wherever you need, but would especially love opportunities around lead generation, building systems, and closing deals.
My mini team (2 overseas employees with excellent English, system skills, and a "blank slate" REI mindset) are each available for about 2 hours a day. I'd love to have them learn alongside me, but it's not required if that's too complicated. It would be amazing to be able to execute full workflows to source and close deals together if possible.
