James is the founder and president of Norwood Development Group. With more than 36 years of construction experience, James's background includes Class "A" office towers, luxury hotels, high-rise condominiums, market rate luxury apartments, large mixed use development projects, golf and country clubs, retail, and institutional projects such as healthcare, water/wastewater treatment plants, and airport projects. James is also a Florida Certified General Contractor, Florida Certified Underground Utility Contractor, and a State of Florida Real Estate Sales Associate. James received his Master's of Science in Real Estate Development in 2021 from Nova Southeastern University, and a Master of Science in Construction Management in 2022 from Everglades University.
