Yes, I think it's a good idea to have a first aid kit available to guests. I know that one has been used on at least one occasion. 

As for what's inside, I buy them for about $20 on Amazon so whatever comes in a first aid kit at that price point. I'm guessing not much but at least some bandaids and the basics. Hopefully nobody will need much more than that.
