3D Printed homes

I have heard about 3D printed homes. How it cuts down cost/time to build and lasts a long time. Also I heard that Starbucks built a 3D printed building in Brownsville,Texas. Most 3D printed buildings I have seen are all in Austin,Texas.

Are there any investors or developers who have experience working with 3D printing a home or building? If so how was it? Was the cost of building it different from a traditional builder? How much where materials? How long did it take to build compared to a traditional builder? What was the overall cost? How much did you sell it for? Did you make a profit? Is it worth it ? How long was it on the market before it sold?

Sorry for all the question, I'm just curious to see if it is really worth it. Been thinking about building a 3D printed home and selling it and if that goes well, develop a subdivision of 3D printed homes.
