Hi, I’m Derek Layton, a licensed real estate agent and active investor based in Boise, Idaho. I’ve been in and around the real estate industry for over 20 years, with experience spanning residential sales, investment properties, and now a focused interest in multifamily, RV parks, and other value-add opportunities.

Beyond real estate, I’ve founded/co-founded several SaaS startups and was part of an 8-figure software exit. That entrepreneurial background drives my systems-based, growth-oriented approach to investing. I’m now expanding my portfolio, raising capital, and always looking to connect with like-minded investors, operators, and dealmakers.
