15 vs 30 yr with current rate and plan for refi

Question has been beat to death I know. STR will cash flow 15 or 30 yr. 15 yr Rates at 5.9 vs 30 yr say 6.8. With hopes of a rate dip in a yr or 2... which would you do. Or even adjustable at maybe a touch lower in 5's? Some speculating in there. Or does it change opinion from say 10 yrs ago
