Handymen Recommendations for Simpsonsville / Greenville Duplex Airbnb

Hi everyone! We are two veterans who own  a great duplex in Simpsonville, just south of Greenville, that is doing really well on AirBnB. We're looking for a reliable handyman who we can hire for quarterly maintenance, anything that pops up, and potential emergencies (though those are few and far between).
