C&K Home Buyers are house flippers in the northern Lake County, IL area. We are sisters looking to ramp up our flipping business from 4 flips in 7 years to 2+ flips per year. We are approved for a hard money loan and are open to seller financing and subject-to deals. Prefer distressed properties selling for less than $275K. We will rehab anything except foundation issues.
