Hi, I'm a somewhat experienced investor that moved to FL 5 years ago. My experience is in Pennsylvania where I have flipped one home and BRRR'd 3 others. I've been looking for properties passively in central FL and now looking to get more active assuming I can find investments that make sense to me. I have capital to get started, but would like to learn from others who have experience in the local market.
