Buying out my business partner

Tim Wiesemann
Posted

My business partner and I started purchasing real estate in 2021. Mostly BRRRR but also a couple flips. We now have 9 doors, about $6k in monthly cashflow, and $600,000 in equity. He recently told me he wants to be bought out so he can move on to other things. What should we keep in mind as we go through this process? Any advice/experience/cautionary tales are welcome!

Be sure you have an attorney representing you so things don't go sideways.
