Deciding to give this a shot! While I’m new to BiggerPockets and RE investing, my background is in commercial banking, and I have brief experience as a licensed Realtor in the NV market. I’m seeking a joint venture partner for a trust auction property happening this Saturday in Playa del Rey. I’ve walked the property, run the numbers, and the opportunity is solid.

The main barrier to entry for me on this deal is capital, so I’m looking for the right financial partner to team up with.
