Best resource for market analysis

Hello,

I'm looking to invest in a market about 40 min outside of downtown Cincinnati and trying to estimate future growth potential for the area.  It is considered more rural than urban.  Does anyone use a tool or website to analyze the investment strength for certain neighborhoods and what do you look for besides crime rate, median income, etc..
