📚 Taking Cornell Real Estate Courses – Who Else Has?

Hey BP Community,

Hope you're all crushing your goals this week!

I wanted to share a quick update: I’ve recently enrolled in a couple of real estate certificate programs through eCornell, including the Real Estate Investing 360 Certificate and Commercial Real Estate Certificate. The content has been incredibly detailed—from financial modeling to market analysis and development strategy. It’s definitely sharpening my perspective as I re-engage with the industry.

I’m curious—has anyone else here taken online certification courses (Cornell or otherwise)?

  • -What were your biggest takeaways?

  • -Did it help you land new roles, get deals done, or improve your investing approach?

I’m currently based in the NY/Tri-State area, but I’m open to connecting with other investors, dealmakers, or real estate professionals across markets—especially those building something exciting or open to collaboration.

Would love to hear your experiences and insights.

Thanks in advance!

Sam-
