Milwaukee for Fix & Flips?

I have not done any flips, but I know some people who do. Milwaukee definitely works for them, but just like any market, you have to run your numbers carefully and be aware of what you can actually get for an area after fixing it up. For example, there are some areas of Milwaukee where you can fix up a house that was $80,000. And similar houses just a few blocks sell for $250,000. But that block that the $80,000 house is in, won't sell for more than $150,000 no matter how much you put into it.
