Bryant Electrical Panel/Breakers

Hello everyone. We are purchasing a SFH that has a Bryant Electrical panel and breakers. The house was built in 1967, I don't know what if any upgrades to the system has been done. An electrician said the panel is wired correctly and up to code. Should we consider changing it out or leave it ?
