ISO Property Managers for South Loop Condo

My husband and I will be relocating back to Florida in 1.5 years and I wanted to get a head start on researching and interviewing property managers. Its condo in the South Loop. I’m also open to learning of others experience on managing out of state without a property manager. 

I know I’ll need to build a team of repairs professionals and the like. Hoping to start laying the groundwork now.
