Looking to connect with SC/NC-based multifamily sponsors

Hello,

I live outside the Charleston area. I have spent the last two years really digging into multifamily specifically mostly because it is a great repeatable and scalable business. I spend most of my very time absorbing any material on real estate reading books, watching presentations, listening to podcasts. I have joined a mentor club about a year ago that has helped me put it everything into action and growing a business.

However, when it comes to raising money, they give a lot of information about syndications. But they connect you with other people who have previously raised money or are full time syndicators? For me, raising money is the thing that I want to do the least. I am doing because I feel like it must get done if you want to scale. I do not mind doing acquisitions or underwriting myself or hiring someone to do the operations when I make enough money to do it. I am trying to connect with people who are full time syndicators. Trying to figure out what that looks like. Can any one assist with this?
