Hey BP community!

I’m in due diligence on a 6-unit in the San Diego area—my first deal above 2 units. Exploring creative financing (possibly seller carry) and working out how to structure it with a few trusted folks interested in real estate exposure.

Would love to hear from those with small multifamily experience:

What’s one thing you wish you asked the seller or broker before closing?
