Buying 3 homes
I currently have 3 homes under contract for $53,800 each. What I want to do is move 2 of the mortgages up to $80,700 to cover the price of the 3rd home and have the sellers deed me the property after the other two close. I'm getting a lot of push back from the realtor. What are the pros and con on this move?

@James Bolt - When you say "move the mortgages up to $80,700" who is your lender? Is the lender willing to offer a mortgage for a higher amount than the purchase of the home?
