Thanks for that shout out @Bill B.@Parker Zhou, Any QI with a national footprint is going to be able to help you.  Demonstrated experience and the "fit" with you personality/temperment wise, and availability to truly act as your guide through the process are most important.

There are several good QIs right here on BP.  If you go to their profile and scroll down you will see the "references section".  You can actually ake some time and reach out to those giving references directly.  They'll give you some good insight on what it's like to work with them like @Bill B..  Those direct conversations are really valuable.
