Starting out wholesaling & growing from there

Hey everyone, just wanted to put myself out there & say hey to all! Im Shay from Kansas City, MO now residing in Shawnee KS not too far from home. I’ve always been interested in real estate, we actually paid my home off in five years-super excited about that (thanks partner!) I read Brandon Turners, “How to Invest with little to no Money Down” while reading “The Art of the Deal” by Donald Trump and here I am. Ready to learn and execute… I welcome all advice with gratefulness… I want To start as a wholesaler!
