Small multi-family (2-4 units) buy & hold investment in Bloomingdale.

Purchase price: $78,000
Cash invested: $115,000

Triplex and a 4bed 2bath House on a country lot.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

Multiunit

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

Mls, traditional offer

How did you finance this deal?

Traditional loan and cross colateralized

How did you add value to the deal?

I had redone a few houses and gutted and renovated sold or rented houses previously.

What was the outcome?

Consistent cash flow and appreciation

Property Management should be left a PM company. You can not work in ur business and work on ur business. You have let someone manage day to day in order to grow.
