Any advice on navigating BiggerPockets?

Hi everyone, I’m new to BiggerPockets and still figuring out how to make the most of this platform. For those of you who’ve been here longer any advice on how to best navigate, connect, and learn here? 

A little about me: My background is in management and executive assistant work for C-suite leaders & a real estate agent. I’ve always loved serving and helping others, but my true passion is photography.

For the past few years, my family and I have stayed in lots of Airbnbs and short-term rentals across Florida. Almost every trip, I found myself taking photos lifestyle shots, small details, and capturing the space at different times of the day. I often gifted those photos to the host as a thank-you. In 2025, I decided to turn that passion into a business, offering photography and marketing for STR hosts and property managers.

Excited to learn, connect, and grow here and very open to any tips on getting started with this community! I have had a hard time finding any one near me.  Thank you in advance.
