New Investor in South Georgia – Looking to Connect & Learn

Hey everyone, my name is Demetrius Black. I'm based in Georgia and recently stepped into real estate investing with my company, Black Legado Group LLC.

I’ve just acquired my first property in South Georgia and I’m working on a rehab-for-rent strategy to stabilize it, while also learning the ropes of tax deed and flip opportunities in Georgia and North Carolina.

I’m here to:

• - Connect with other Georgia investors (Savannah, Valdosta, Waycross, Atlanta, etc).
• - Learn from those who’ve worked in smaller/rural markets.
• - Explore creative financing strategies and build relationships with private lenders, hard money lenders, and wholesalers.

I’m focused on being transparent, disciplined, and long-term oriented. My immediate goal is to make my first property cash-flowing, then scale responsibly with flips and holds.
