full rehab to Short term rental

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

location and future land play

MLS, made low cash offer with move out period for seller

How did you finance this deal?

partener and private lender

How did you add value to the deal?

I found the deal managed the contractors and set it up for Air BNB

What was the outcome?

initially this was going to be a flip but the interest rate environment changed mid process.
