Hello BP,

I am just curious if someone has a LLC and multiple properties, how difficult is it to do a 1031 if it was just for 1 property that is being sold?

Hello @Rachel Mazzanti

If the LLC owns multiple properties and you only want to do a 1031 exchange for one of them, that is completely fine so long as the 1031 requirements/rules are followed.
